This proof of delivery guarantees express delivery of products to your doorstep within the expected time frame of 3–5 business days. We deliver your products through our trusted shipping and delivery partners (USPS and FedEx).

You will be provided with a tracking ID, through which you can easily track your order and get live updates of your products. You will receive a unique tracking number when creating a label with delivery confirmation. This allows you to track the progress of your shipment.

The tracking information includes the status of the shipment, such as –

  • Acceptance/ Pre-Shipment
  • Moving Through Network
  • Preparing for Delivery
  • Out for Delivery
  • Delivered/Delivery Attempted

This will help you track your shipment and let you know where your package has reached. It adds an extra layer of openness and safety to your shipping process. The proof of shipment document may be in the form of a physical receipt or a digital file. It is proof that the order has been shipped and delivered successfully. The proof of delivery document contains the time and date of the shipment and the customer’s name, contact number, zip code, and any other specific delivery requests.

We ensure that the products you order are delivered in excellent condition before the expected delivery date. Our delivery partners ship the products within 3 – 5 days of placing the order.

Although we strive hard to deliver the orders within the given turnaround time, there may be some rare instances when an order is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

Once the delivery is completed, a document will be shared with the package. This receipt is given to the customer as proof that the order has been successfully delivered to them. The delivery will be considered complete if the customer does not accept or return some or all of the items. If they reject a part or all of the delivered items, the customer must record the reasons for rejection on the POD. Proof of delivery is customer-focused. This is the point where the customer accepts responsibility for the goods.

Delivery Attempts

If you are not present or available to accept the delivery of your product at the designated place, our logistic partner will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver the products in three days. If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we reserve the right to cancel the order you purchased. We further reserve the right to deduct the shipping and delivery charges we bear while processing the refunds after such cancellation.

While we make reasonable endeavors to ensure that the products you order are delivered in a timely manner and within the timeline notified to you, you accept and acknowledge that the delivery may be delayed due to certain circumstances beyond our control. 

If a shipment requires an indirect, direct, or adult signature and a delivery attempt is made but no one is there to sign for the package, the driver will leave a door tag at the recipient’s door. If no signature is required, the shipment will be left at the recipient’s door. 

In those situations, we may no longer automatically retry the delivery, and the package will be taken to a nearby location to be held for you to pick up. The label on the door tag includes the pickup location address, business hours, and the time the package will be available. The door tag and a government-issued photo ID are needed for pickup.

Upon the delivery, the supplier and the customer receive notification that the shipment has reached its final destination or has been delivered successfully. 

Managing Safety Through Proof Of Delivery

In the case of receiving medication via an online pharmacy delivery service, a person may suffer from conditions where movement is perhaps limited, or the issues brought on by ill health keep them housebound for long periods of time.

Where they cannot access a pharmacy as readily as someone more able, a reliance on the correct medication being delivered at the correct time is vital to ensure the management of health problems.

This isn’t foolproof, though. Some of the more unscrupulous couriers may deliver medications and class proof of delivery as a photo of a package outside a doorway. With medication, this is just not acceptable, especially when a patient isn’t informed that the delivery has been made.
